Apply your hair system in 5 steps
Installing a hair system is easier than you think. With a little practice, it only takes 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 1: Prepare the scalp
Clean the balding area with a hair cleanser or isopropyl alcohol. The scalp must be clean, dry, and free of oily residue. If necessary, shave any remaining hair in the application area.
Step 2: Apply the adhesive
Adhesive strips: Apply the strips around the perimeter of the base. Remove the protective film just before application.
Hair glue: Apply a thin layer on the scalp. Allow to dry for 3-5 minutes until it becomes clear and sticky.
Step 3: Position the system
Place the front of the system on your natural hairline (about 4 fingers above the eyebrows). Gradually lower it towards the back while smoothing to avoid air bubbles.
Step 4: Press and secure
Press firmly around the entire perimeter for 30 seconds. Use a fine-toothed comb to check that the attachment is even.
Step 5: Style
Style as desired — comb, brush, hairdryer, styling product. Your LeonCrest hair system styles just like real hair.
Duration of hold
- Adhesive strips: 2 to 4 weeks
- Hair glue: 3 to 6 weeks
- Clips: daily removal possible
